Terms and Conditions

When booking a session at Open Air Bounce, these Terms and conditions define the agreement between us and you. Letting you know what to expect from Open Air Bounce and what we expect from you.

Bookings

  1. Bookings are made via our online booking system via the website or on site at the ticket office on a first come first serve basis. We highly recommend booking via our website to avoid disappointment.
  2. Upon purchasing tickets with Open Air Bounce, you will receive booking confirmation and receipt of purchase, this confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions and your party are aware of, adhere to and accept the terms and conditions.
  3. All bookings require signing our Risk Management and Disclaimer Waiver for all attendees prior to participation in all activities.
  4. If you require any amendments to your booking, please make these as soon as possible.. Open Air Bounce will do what they can to accommodate the changes where possible.
  5. Payments can be made by debit or credit card.
  6. Late arrivals are permitted however session end time will remain the same as your original booking.
  7. If any prices are subject to change between the date of booking and the date of your session, neither the client nor Open Air Bounce will be liable for any variation from the price agreed at the time of booking. This also applies to any agreed refunds.
  8. Any variation from these terms and conditions shall not be binding unless confirmed in writing by Open Air Bounce. Where changes to your booking are necessary due to safety or other statutory requirements Open Air Bounce reserves the right to make these changes.

Children Supervision

  1. Open Air Bounce does not take direct responsibility for the supervision of children under eighteen years. Our team will however endeavour to ensure that safeguarding measures are adhered too. We recommend that an adult is always on site to adequately supervise where necessary.
  2. Children or adults with special needs that are unable to understand and follow our safeguarding rules always require direct supervision on the activities by a supervising adult for both their and others safety. Please inform a member of staff on arrival and we will endeavour to meet any special requirements where feasibly possible to make your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible.

4 Years and under “Toddlers”

  1. Children of four years and under are always considered as vulnerable and require direct supervision on the bouncy castles to help adhere to safeguarding rules. This adult is referred to as the “Supervising adult” in all signage and documentation both on site and on our website and any other forms of media. Open Air Bounce provide a ‘under fours’ area to allow a suitable and safe environment to have fun.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Please look after your voucher carefully and treat it like cash. Open Air Bounce will not be able to replace or re-imburse lost or stolen E-Gift Vouchers.
  2. All E-gift vouchers cannot used as full or part payment for Open Air Bounce, excluding concessions, food, drinks & fairground rides.
  3. E-gift vouchers are valid for 12 months of the date purchased.
  4. E-gift vouchers will not be exchanged for cash

Cancellations

  1. Open Air Bounce will not offer Refunds for cancellations, E-Gift Vouchers will be emailed to allow you to transfer your booking to a preferred date. E-Gift vouchers will expire after 12 months after original booking date.
  2. Open Air Bounce reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. If Open Air Bounce decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. All cancelations made by Open Air Bounce will be followed by a E-gift voucher to be allow you to rebook.
  3. Cancellations made before 48 hours of your original booking can be transferred to another date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours’ notice are not entitled to a transfer.
  4. If it proves necessary to close Open Air Bounce for reasons beyond our control, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances Open Air Bounce will provide a E-gift Voucher to allow you to rearrange your booking.

Safety

  1. Children always remain the responsibility of parents or guardians, Open Air Bounce do not provide supervision at any time
  2. Open Air Bounce reserves the right to refuse admittance on any of the bouncy castles or to remove a participant from the Bouncy Castles should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice, the safety system or who is deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  3. We welcome all children/adults with special needs. However, they must ALWAYS be accompanied and supervised by a responsible carer (age 18yrs plus). At peak times we may not be able to accommodate children or adults with special needs for safety reasons so please contact the park prior to booking and speak with a member of staff.
  4. The Bouncy castles can be physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength, and stamina. Participants are advised to jump within their ability – only the individual knows or understands their own limits and competencies. If you are unsure of whether you can complete a manoeuvre, you should not attempt it. If participants have medical concerns, they are advised to consult their doctor in advance.
  5. Participants certify that they do not suffer from any medical condition which would make it more likely that they would be involved in any incident which could result in injury to themselves or others.
  6. Participants will not be directly supervised by an member of Open Air Bounce staff. A participating adult must accompany all under 4-year olds. One adult is permitted to supervise a maximum of ten under 16-year olds. Supervising adults (whether participating or spectating) must sign a Risk Acknowledgement and Disclaimer stating that he or she will accept responsibility for their own safety and for the supervision of children in their care.
  7. Participants need to be able to see similar distances to those required to drive a car to be able to complete the activity and to supervise any under 16’s in their care. Consequently, short- or long-sighted participants must ensure that they wear contact lenses or prescribed glasses, which must be sports type shatterproof glasses.
  8. The Activities comprise physically challenging bouncy castles and participation is not without risk. Falls can result in serious injury, paralysis, or death. All participants should be aware of Open Air Bounces Safety rules set out in our Risk Acknowledgement & Disclaimer Waiver must always be complied with.
  9. To use the bouncy castles at peak times, all participants must be reasonably fit and healthy, If you have any health concerns, we advise that you visit our site at a time prior to your booking or speak to a member of the Open Air Bounce staff. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party meet these requirements.
  10. All participants are always required to act responsibly and courteously and to respect other participants. Open Air Bounce shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities in the event it deems the behaviour of any participant unsuitable.
  11. All participants are required to wear socks, no bare feet permitted.
  12. Participants must be dressed appropriately and Open Air Bounce reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Bouncy Castles to any participant who is not appropriately dressed. Due to the physical nature of the Activities pregnant women should not take part.
  13. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Open Air Bounce if any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake, use of the bouncy castles.
  14. During the summer it is essential that all participants wear sun cream and ensure they keep hydrated.
  15. Open Air Bounce staff are trained to ensure that everyone has fun in a safe environment. They are there to ensure the rules are adhered to – it is your responsibility to ensure you see Open Air Bounces rules before your booked session.
  16. Open Air Bounces staff are BLS (Basic Life Support) trained, basic first aid will be offered onsite, if an injury exceeds the limitations of our staff external emergency services will be contacted at this point, it will be the staffs responsibility that we ensure the injured individual is comfortable ensuring privacy and dignity is intact while we wait for professional services.

Clothing

  1. Open Air Bounce Bouncy Castles are abrasive and Open Air Bounce will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.
  2. It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately, and Open Air Bounce advises participants to wear clothing appropriate for the activity/weather and which they do not mind getting damaged. The following restrictions shall apply:
    a) Participants must wear socks hygiene purposes
    b) Long hair must be tied back
    c) No belts, jewellery or other sharp items of clothing that may cause
    damage to yourself, the equipment, or other participants.

Liabilities

  1. Open Air Bounce provides Activities and products without any warranties, express or implied statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms and Conditions. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions Open Air Bounce shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities.
  2. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of Open-Air Bounce in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Open Air Bounce or of its employees, agents, or contractors.
  3. Use of the Parking facilities and any vehicles are left at the owners’ risk and subject to any conditions and the payment of any fees as may be required by the provider of such facilities at the site location.

Refunds and Amendments

  1. Refunds are not permitted, E-Gift vouchers will be provided in the case of cancellations or amendments. E-Gift Vouchers will be refunded by the issuing of a replacement Gift Voucher to the same value.
  2. Where multiple forms of payment are used, Open Air Bounce reserves the right to refund any monies due on a refund or amendment by credit or direct debit at its discretion.

Miscellaneous

  1. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/offers/vouchers or discounted group bookings.
  2. The participant consents and agrees to the use by Open Air Bounce of CCTV monitoring for health and safety, training, and security purposes. Open Air Bounce consents to the participant and members of their group undertaking photography for their own non-commercial purposes only and for no other purpose whatsoever.
  3. Nothing above shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal invalid or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  5. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  6. Participants consent to the collection of personal data for the purpose of maintaining records of who has competed risk acknowledgement and disclaimers on behalf of themselves and any minors in their care and for marketing purposes.
  7. Only food and drink purchased at Open Air Bounce is to be consumed on the premises (Excluding baby food)
  8. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  9. Any offers or promotions that we run in the park and online are not applicable to bookings already made.
  10. Open Air Bounce reserves the right to make alterations to the Terms and Conditions at any time.
  11. We do not sell any personal information collected within the parks to any 3rd party groups, all information is for internal use only.
  12. You must be 18+ to make a booking on our website.

Force Majeure

  1. Open Air Bounce shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where it is hindered or prevented from carrying out its obligations by any cause outside its reasonable control, including, without limitations, acts of God, acts of Government or other competent regulatory authority, lightning, fire, flood, extremely severe weather, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, failure of any telecommunications or computer system, compliance with any law or regulation and accident (or by any damage caused by any of such events). Where a booking cannot be fulfilled for this reason by Open Air Bounce – a refund will not be given, but Open-Air Bounce shall at its sole discretion offer an alternative time and date to fulfil the booking.
